The have a support forum on their website and respond to questions in a timely manner. The Help files, however, looked like they haven’t been updated in years. We were working with version 5.9 and the help references 3.1 as the latest version. Much of it is still accurate, but there are some inaccuracies.
If you have a personal library of hundreds of movies, you might want to give All My Movies a look. They offer a 30 day trial and it is $39.99 for a single user license. The lack of support for ISO files will surely turn away some users and the user interface is a bit dated and could use a refresh. The ability to integrate All My Movies with any of the popular HTPC applications such as Boxee, XMBC, or Windows Media Center would also be a welcome addition.
